Services
What I build
Six things, done properly. No packages and no price list. Work is hourly or on a monthly retainer, and which one suits you comes out of the first call.
01
Web design and build
- Landing pages
- Marketing sites
- Redesigns
- Copy
Landing pages, marketing sites and redesigns. Designed and built to say what you do in the first line.
- What you get
- A site that loads fast, reads well and says what you do above the fold. Design, build, content and launch.
- Right for you if
- You have a product or a service and the current site is either ugly, slow, or does not exist.
02
Web apps and MVPs
- MVPs
- Internal tools
- Dashboards
- APIs
A working product instead of a deck. Real data, real accounts, deployed where people can use it.
- What you get
- A working product with real data, real accounts and a real deployment. Not a clickable mockup.
- Right for you if
- You need to put something in front of users or investors and you do not have engineers yet.
03
Automation that runs itself
- n8n workflows
- Integrations
- Lead routing
- Notifications
Lead capture, outreach and internal workflows wired together so the thing keeps working after launch.
- What you get
- The plumbing between the tools you already use, so leads, notifications and records move without anyone copying and pasting.
- Right for you if
- Something in your business runs on somebody remembering to do it.
04
Technical SEO
- Site structure
- Schema
- Core Web Vitals
- Search Console
The half of SEO that is engineering. Structure, schema, speed, and the reporting set up so you can see what changes.
- What you get
- Structure, metadata, schema, speed, and Search Console set up so the next three months are measurable rather than a guess.
- Right for you if
- You rank for your own name and nothing else.
05
Webflow builds
- Webflow
- CMS collections
- Migrations
- Handover
For sites your team edits without calling a developer. Built properly, with the CMS set up so nobody can break the layout.
- What you get
- A Webflow build your team can edit, with CMS collections modelled so adding a page cannot break the design.
- Right for you if
- Somebody in-house will be updating this weekly and you do not want that to mean a developer.
06
Deployment and handover
- Vercel
- GitHub
- Domains and DNS
- Monitoring
Shipped, monitored and handed over. Repositories, domains and pipelines you actually own.
- What you get
- Repositories, pipelines, domains and monitoring, set up in accounts you own and documented so you can leave.
- Right for you if
- You want to own the thing you paid for.
How it is priced
Hourly for defined pieces of work. Monthly retainer when you want someone who already knows the codebase and can pick things up without a briefing. No fixed packages, because they always either cheat you or cheat me.
